Led the Cloud First move from on-premises to SaaS across a nine-operating-company portfolio, adding £3M+ in ARR and setting the AI and data strategies for the next generation of scientific products.
Global UCaaS & digital workplace
Ran international Solution Architecture across EMEA and North America; built the India market-entry and data-sovereignty approach that opened £2M of new business.
Global telecoms VoIP
Defined the service architecture for a global telco’s first single-number VoIP platform; ran technical due diligence on M&A targets.
Public sector education (PFI)
Led infrastructure strategy, architecture and procurement for UK PFI school builds: vendor and framework management from third-line engineering up to architecture.
